About Us

12 Stone Art commissions unique Christian artwork from top artists and makes giclées available from our online store. Each month a new piece is commissioned and made available to our customers. Each giclée is individually printed to the customer’s specifications and is available on a variety of museum-quality printing materials and in several popular sizes. We use only the highest-quality pigment-based inks, archival fine art papers and canvases and state-of-the art printing equipment for the best fine art reproductions available anywhere. For more information about our printing materials or process, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Who We Are

12 Stone Art was started after our own unsuccessful search for quality Christian artwork. We commissioned the talented artists at Portland Studios to create several original works and purchased the rights to reproduce these works so that we could make them available to others in search of a reputable source for Christian art. We hope you enjoy the artwork we have in our gallery and invite you to participate in future work by recommending artists and themes for us to consider for future work.

The Future

We have big plans here at 12 Stone. Most of our enhancements over the coming year will be to help our members participate in the art creation process. We want to know what pieces you would like to see commissioned. What artists should we consider? What do you think about the pieces currently in development?

We want you to have a voice on our site. Registered users of our site will notice things changing month by month as new features are added that let them speak out and affect the pieces we create and sell. Soon you'll have an open forum where you can let us know what themes you would like us to try. You will be able to vote on other members’ ideas, and when the community votes on a theme, the winning nomination will receive a free giclée of the piece — on their choice of material and size — signed by the artist. For now, feel free to contact us about your ideas and suggestions through our contact page, and keep your eyes on the news section for feature announcements.
