Product Quality
At 12 Stone Art we take great care with each order. Please be aware that there may be a discrepancy between the colors you see on your computer display and the final printed image. This is because every display device renders color differently. All of our computer displays and printers are calibrated regularly using the professional-grade calibration technology. We inspect each print before shipping so that you can be sure that the print you receive is as close to the artist's digital original as is possible.
When ordering a specific print size, the dimension choices are based on the size of the printed area. There will be additional material around the print to protect it in transit and to help you mount and frame your print. The total material size varies based on the print size you select and the original material size.
While we do not guarantee that the prints you order from our site are exact in every detail to what you see on our site, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your print for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days of your receipt of the artwork and we’ll be happy to replace your print or refund the sales price of your item.
Payment
For your security and peace of mind, we have chosen to use PayPal for all payment processing. We do not store your financial information at any point during the ordering process.
Delivery
We take the utmost care in preparing and packaging your fine art prints for shipping. All artwork will be shipped rolled up, wrapped in poly tubing and sealed for water-resistance. Heavy-duty kraft tubes are used to protect your artwork from impact damage during shipping.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, digital downloads, software and of course our artwork is property of 12 Stone LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of this property is prohibited and is subject to prosecution. You may not purchase artwork for resale.
Your Account
If you use our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
User-Submitted Content
Account holders will be able to post reviews, comments and participate in community discussions so long as the content is not illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or spam. You may not use false email addresses, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. 12 Stone Art reserves the right to remove or edit content, refuse service, terminate accounts and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We will provide the winner of each community theme vote a free print of their winning idea, but the winner agrees that all rights associated with their idea are the property of 12 Stone LLC.
Applicable Law & Disputes
By visiting 12stoneart.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and 12 Stone LLC will be submitted to confidential arbitration in Atlanta, Washington.
